Be A Volunteer

Here at The Lullaby House, we are looking for some awesome folks to help us serve our communities in excellence. We need volunteers in a variety of areas. Some needs are in the backend supporting our administrative, operations and organizing events, while others are directly interacting with our mamas, their babies, and families in need.

Types of Volunteers



Our greatest need is for volunteers to help in our weekly, multiple diaper drives, which distribute diapers and other necessities.

Administrative Office: Do you have a knack for data entry and spreadsheets? Multiple programs could use help with administrative tasks.

Skilled Volunteers: If you have a special interest or skill that will enhance the lives of our teen moms to further develop their skills, such as nutrition, cooking, sewing, tutoring, computer programming, skilled trades, critical thinking, writing, reading or any other skill, we would love to hear from you.

Donation Drives + Diaper Drives + Community Event Volunteers: Throughout the year, we host fundraisers, events, and other gatherings. But, we have multiple diaper drives to distibute diapers throughout the week, and we always need more hands.

Group Volunteers: Volunteering as a group is a fun and rewarding way to help in the communities. Either with your family, friends, classmates, or work colleagues, group volunteering improves teamwork and bonding!

Daily Need Collection: Community support is important in any nonprofit organization! Grab a basket, a bin, a box of much needed items at your school, college, church, workplace, or neighborhood, and donate them to our moms and babies.

Donation Sorting: Sorting through and organizing generously donated items such as diapers, clothing, books, housewares, small appliances, and furniture.

Help Us “Model Family”

At The Lullaby House we invite you to help us “Model Family” to give these mamas and their babies a strong foundation of family—a core strength in their lives and their futures.

There is a need for the whole family—grandfathers and grandmothers, fathers and mothers, uncles and aunts, brothers and sisters—are necessary for the greatest level of impact—forging generational changes by modeling with the stewardship of “whole” intact or extended families. We want to build strong families by bridging necessary gaps, by ultimately impacting two generations (mom and baby) in our home rather than institution-like facilities. We “model” home!

We are truly blessed to have you as one of our amazing volunteers. Once you send us your request to become a volunteer, you will receive an email with a Volunteer Packet to download with the details of what is needed to get started as a volunteer.

Internships for The Lullaby House

For professions which require credit hours through an internship program for graduation or continuing education credits to renew your standing.

Internship Inquiries

Internships are available for The Lullaby House in respect of all aspects of needs and development for newborns to children under 3; as well as healthy family dynamics, life skills, mental health, and physical development of needs for teen parents and teen parents in the community we serve.
